    Hello,
    re:  New IT Pro Q & A forum.

    1.  Is a "comment" the same as a reply?  There is no reply button.

    2.  When attemping to "comment", I get the "Please log-in" message even though I am already logged in.

    3.  Is Windows 10 required to use the forum?  I do not use Windows 10.

    Might try;

    1. Go to https://docs.microsoft.com/learn
    2. Click on your profile icon, then click on "Sign-Out"
    3. Once you have signed out, go to https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/index.html and then sign-in

    Step 1.  Did not recognize me,  I signed out from the Office Excel forum.
    Step 2.  n/a
    Step 3.  Signed in, but stll get "Please sign-in message when clicking "comment"

    I don't understand step 1, there is no separate office excel forum on QnA. QnA is a single tag based forum. Sounds like some general microsoft account confusion. Might also try an in-private session or from another pc.
