I just got anew computer...and tried to install live one care...but it asked for my id information to register it to this new computer....I've lost my live one ID and password...and when I put the product key in it tell me that that key is already registered to another computer...so with out my id I cannn't register it to this new computer...can anyone help

If you still have your old computer open One Care>Help>About and you will see the Live ID associated with your subscription. If you no longer have your old computer support should be able to retrieve your Live ID and password from your product key.
