Microsoft Outlook will not open RRS feed

    I tried to open Microsoft Outlook (Office 2007 Pro) and received the following error message: Cannot open your default e-mail folders. Errors have been detected in the file: C:.... outlook.outlook.pst .Quit outlook and all mail-enabled applications, and then use the Inbox repair tool (scanpst.exe) to diagnose and repair errors in the file. For more information about the Inbox repair tool, see HELP.

    Now my question is how do I use the Inbox repair tool when I can't access/open Outlook??? Any hints appreciated; thanks.
