I upgraded to Vista Home Basic back in May and like all of y'all, I do have my share of problems with Vista. My problem is this:
When I'm shutting down my laptop, what I do is go through the normal steps. I click on the "start" button and select the "shutting down" option. It'll go through the regular process of shutting everything down. But after the screen has turned off, my laptop is still on. Basically, it's stuck. I have to pressed down on the power off button just to shut it off. Why is that? Everything already has been updated. My laptop has more than enough to run Vista. Before I upgraded to Vista, I never had any problems. PLEASE HELP!!!
