Windows 7 starter SNPC OA - Can you help please?

    You have a few problems.
    1) a Trusted Store error - often the result of malware
    2) Your Product Key is missing from parts of the registry - have you been using a Registry 'Cleaner' or 'Optimiser'??
    3) You have not installed the WAT Update - without which diagnosis is more difficult.
    4) you have not attempted validation on this machine

Please download and install Malwarebytes Anti-malware www.malwarebytes.org and update it, and run a full scan (DO NOT enable the Real-Time protection option!) in your main account, and Quick scans in any other user accounts.
    Delete everything it finds
then attempt validation at www.microsoft.com/genuine/validate  and see what happens (this should also install the WAT update)

Post back with your results, and a new MGADiag report.
