How do I find out CRM2011 Trail Expiry? RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

Anyone knows how do I find out the expiry date of my trail CRM2011 On-Premise?  Also, how do I tell if I have the Work-group edition or the Professional edition?

    Many thanks!

Yes there isn't one, please if you can, mark an answer one of the answers, as I believe a workaround and the answer to check the license was given.

    thank you

  • Hi Sindy,

go to Help > About Microsoft dynamics CRM

With regards to the version, you can see that using the deployment manager on the license folder.

    Hope it helps.

    Hi Sindy,

A quick way for you to check how many days you have left:

Open the system administrator account (the first user created in the system) and go to properties and check the creation date. this will tell you how many days you have used the system.

    Hope it helps

  • thanks for the work-around.  I actually know when I installed the software and have no issues of working out the expiry date myself.  anyway, from what you are telling me above, it seems there is no such expiry date info available at UI level.  thanks!
