Users unable to access CRM

Question

Hi!
We've come across a very strange issue, and we have no idea of how to solve it.
The problem is that users are not able to access CRM. At first they were not prompted for credentials. After changing the IE configurations, they are prompted for credentials. After the third time they introduce them, they receive the message "Unauthorized". The funny thing is that we are capable of accessing the application with the administrator credentials and using the VPN connection to access their environment. They are not able to log in from the intranet when using the administrator credentials. We are not able to connect using the VPN when using the credentials of one of the users.
They are only able to connect when they are given permissions in the server and they enter by Terminal Server and open IE. With their credentials or the administrator credentials.Any clue? Thanks in advance.

How is your sistem configured? If users should establish a VPN connection and then remote session on a server then they should be given premission on server.
From your poste I assume that you have one domain where CRM server is running and users are from another domain, while you are connecting trough VPN to their workstations? If this is a case, do the users have domain accounts in the same domain where CRM server is running?
