    Hello,

    Today, I received a phone call from someone claiming to be associated with Microsoft, saying there was an issue with my Windows 10 upgrade on my laptop computer. Call back number was (321) 549-5483

    Are these folks from Microsoft? Is this legit? If not, how did they have my name, phone number and know that I have recently upgraded to Windows 10?
