Whenever I run a virus and spyware scan with Live OneCare, it always reports that nothing harmful was found. However, the scan always stops running at about 32% complete. Is this a problem that I should be concerned about?

The scan should complete. If the scan always stops at 32% complete there is most likely a file that One Care cannot scan corectly. I suggest contacting support for help with resolving this issue. How to reach support -
