  I'm working in a LAN.I want to know the command which will tell which port is active in linux.We 're blocked to visit illegal websites & Download .exe files.
  E.g
  proxy address 10.1.9.1
  port ????
  
  they 'll use different port number each day.I need to know what is the command to see active port in proxy server.
