Can I suggest (for the umpteenth) time that this forum support member communication - almost every tech forum I use on a host of sites run by much smaller companies than MS, has a way for one member to privately contact another member.
It's a standard assumed capability of even the most basic forum systems out there including third party packages that run in IIS, Apache etc etc.
I just cant understand how the worlds leading software company cannot support such a feature, especially when that same company claims to be striving to engage and enthuse developers, particularly with Phone 8 and Surface.
I'm not sure but even the ASP.NET and IIS forums (which are completely separate from this MSDN one for some reason) may allow member-to-member communication.
So come on please, how about catching up with the modern world when it comes to your forum(s)?
