Disqualifications Status

Question
-
Hi,
I'd like to add a few new Status reasons when Disqualifying a lead. Does anyone know if it's possible to add additional items to the Status picklist?
I've taken a look at the available customisations for Leads, but can't find this attribute.
Many thanks

Hi Dave,
Check StatusCode Attribute. From Status Dropdown list, select Disqualified, and it will show you all the options available under Disqualifying status. There you can Create/Update/Delete the Disqualifying status values.

Hi Chinmay,
The StatusCode is a picklist, but this doesn't relate to the Disqualification reason when converting a lead. Is this held somewhere else?

Agreeing with Chinmay - if you open the statuscode attribute, then on the right side of the attribute edit form, select 'status' 'Disqualified'.
It will allow you to edit the statecodes displayed with 'disqualification reason'.
(It behaves a little differently than other picklists since the State/status codes are tied together.)
Scott.

Hmm... I must be missing something here, sorry to sound a little thick, but I can't tie up what your saying against what I see.
If I open up the Leads entity for customosation and look at atrributes, I have two, statecode and statuscode.
Statecode shows it to be a type of state, but this is all grayed out and I can't see anything to edit.
Statuscode is a pick list, has a type of status, but only contains the option of Active.
Should I be looking for another attribute in a different entity?
Apologies again if I've not grasped this correctly... I appreciate your patience.

You're looking at the right thing, it is a little tricky.
on the 'statuscode' form, just under the greyed out 'type' field, try choosing a different status (default is normally 'open') the picklist should then show the disqualification reasons.
