Will I qualify for replacement Xp disc

Question
-
I was horrified to find my version of windows was not legal on the computer I had had built for me. Not being able to contact the person who originaly built the PC I purchased what I though was a legal OEM copy of windowsa XP professional from Amazon. I formatted my disc and installed the software with no problems. I downloaded and installed windows media playerr and all updates etc. The computwer has been running auto updates since Aug 2008 and now suddenly I find an alert flashing upm and staying on the screen saying my copy is illegal. The software is still being sold by I believe the same seller on Amazon. I have dpone the checks I have found linked to the alert and as far as I cqan tell everything looks legal (the packaginf/label etc). The 1 thing that dosent check out is the actual disc does not change from copper to vibrant colour when tilted. I am extremely upset and am not in a position to pay nearly £100 pounds after already paying nearly £80 for what I thought was a genuine copy of XP.
here is the report from the validation check

Unfortunately, you have a Volume License copy of Windows XP Professional installed and not an OEM version. It appears the copy you purchased is counterfeit. In order to resolve this issue, visit Microsoft Genuine Advantage and click on Validate Windows. When validation fails, click on the Get Genuine Button to learn how to acquire a WGA Kit.
