Windows 10 Settings & Mail for Sync

Question
-
Hi There
In the W10 Settings for Accounts, I have set up the same mukesh@outlook.co.nz for the categories, 'Email, Calendar and Contacts' and 'Accounts used by Other Applications'. For the same reason, the Windows 10 Mail has the same email set up. However, I am unable to add another email account (POP3) to it and sync it. In the Settings for Accounts, the 'Sync your settings' is greyed out. Tried to read and understand many Answers from a whole range of avenues but couldn't get the right direction... Thanks.

Hello,
The Windows Desktop Perfmon and Diagnostic tools forum is to discuss performance monitor (perfmon), resource monitor (resmon), and task manager, focusing on HOW-TO, Errors/Problems, and usage scenarios.
As the question is off topic here, I am moving it to the Where is the Forum... forum.Karl
