From yesterday Windows is not genuine

Question
-
Hi,
I've bought a uk windows 7 retail copy on internet in june. I activated it without problem but yesterday windows said thet this copy isn't genuine. I tried to re-activate windows by web and by phone without success, my key isn't genuine for microsoft. When I received it the box was sealed and the sticker on top intact. I read all on microsoft website about counterfeit copy but my copy seems ok.
What can I do?

Hello Bruste,
This sticky post by Carl_OH applies to you: http://social.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/genuinewindows7/thread/a2444f34-0aff-4f29-a8ac-67e28b0c0285
Your situation seems very similar to Kevin v23 who posted right before you did: http://social.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/genuinewindows7/thread/c61d606c-a62c-4e75-9d0c-4e5d1286d04e
However, the time zone in your mgadiag report tells us that you are located in Western Europe, and not the UK. I cannot say for sure whether you would be eligible for the Complimentary replacement program that is in place for the UK. There is only one way to find out for sure......
If you go to www.microsoft.com/genuine and click on the Validate Windows button, and Windows fails validation, on the resultant or subsequent pages, look for the links to the Complimentary Replacement Program.
As I wrote, the Complimentary Replacement Program is in effect in the UK for W7, but may not be for you in W.E. If you see links to the Program, you are in luck! If no links, then probably not. If not, you may want to contact the local Microsoft Offices to ask them directly. Use this page at Microsoft.com but make sure the localization setting is right for your country: http://www.microsoft.com/worldwide/region.aspx?region=Europe
If you do see links for the Program, the subsequent web pages will walk you thru preparing a report, which you will print, and will provide a mailing address for you to send your suspected counterfeit materials. If they are indeed high quality counterfeits, MS will replace them for free.
Post back to let us know how you're doing :-)

Hello Bruste,
As far as I know, the only place there is a Windows 7 Complimentary Replacement program is for persons residing in the UK.
As you mentioned, you do not reside in the UK. And your question to the Microsoft offices for your country was answered that there is no such program in effect where you live.
Microsoft does offer most regions and countries the Windows 7 WGA Offer, which is a discounted license for Windows 7 that you can order directly from Microsoft in the form of a Genuine product key emailed to you immediately and a followup shipment of Genuine hologrammed Windows 7 reinstallation disc(s). If you go to www.microsoft.com/genuine, and click on Validate Windows, when your Windows 7 installation fails you will be show information on how to order a WGA Kit.

Dear Stefano,
Thank you for your email.
Microsoft offers an online validation process that allows you to verify the authenticity of your Microsoft software. To use this service, visit http://www.microsoft.com/genuine/ and click on either "Validate Windows" or “Validate Office”. The validation process is easy to use, takes only a few moments, and once completed, allows you to access genuine Microsoft updates more quickly in the future
If your software is not genuine, the Microsoft Genuine Advantage Notifications will provide periodic reminders to help you take the appropriate action. We strongly advise you to follow this process and submit your software if indeed it is not genuine.
Alternatively visit the http://www.microsoft.com/genuine/selfhelp/support.aspx?displaylang=en&sGuid=b345605e-d5de-42cc-b6d3-3338b066d196 for more information
This is part of Microsoft's commitment to fight software counterfeiting and help you avoid further problems.
Kind regards----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Can I contact someone else?
I also read into thread http://social.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/genuinewindows7/thread/4b6f01a4-4475-4e3b-a4e4-6ec921b785b8 that Botrot had the same problem (he bought a copy of windows UK from Australia) but I did'nt understand if he sent his copy to UK Microsoft and they replaced it.
Thanks
Bruste
