Outlook CRM 2011 Connection Issue

Question
-
I have followed every item everywhere and can't figure it out. "There is a problem communicating with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM server...."
Ok : Here we go:
Server: 2008R2(fully updated) - Member of AD domain called "berkshire.local"
All services running; Web access is Ok for all set up users.
Discovery Service is running correctly. I verified using the discovery http.
I have tried this CRM outlook client on a 2K7 (64 bit) (office 2010), 2K7 (32 bit) (office 2007), XP (32 bit) (office 2010) and server 2008R2 (office 2010) all with the same error during configuration. And yes, I tried with a standard user and administrator credential as well with no difference during CRM config.
Yes - I have tried both servername and IP address during configuration just for giggles; I get the same error message.
Yes - The application Pools security is set correctly on the server, I tried "Network" and "local" with same results.
Yes - there is only one binding (port 80) on this install.
Yes - all computers are part of the same AD domain "berkshire.local"
Yes - all computers can resolve the server name "Sk28R2" to its proper address "10.0.49.137". All computers can access and log into the CRM website.
Yes - all computers are existing installs and have been working on that domain for at least 6 months.
Yes - all times on all computers are no more than 10 seconds apart and all times zones are set to the same zone "central"
Someone please help, this is a really goofy problem to have.

I found the error.
My server name had an underscore in the name. Last entry on the post below.
