Bold markup keyboard shortcut not working as intended.

Type: Ctrl+B T E S T Ctrl+B ENTER
The markup produced is <p><strong>tes</strong>t</p>
The last character is, for some reason, not bold. This is a forum bug. (repro in Chrome Win7)
Similar results for italics:

But strangely, not for underline:

I am trying to get a repro of your scenario.
Unfortunately I don't have a Win7 handy now to repro this. This reply is made from Chrome on a Windows 8

yes ... I could repro something weird here ... it didn't happen to me exactly what you described as in my case after pressing Ctrl+B to remove the bold and when I pressed ENTER bold was set up on the next line.
