    I have a computer with Windows XP Home edition but the hard disk died. Can I reactivate my licensed using new hard disk?

    Yes, you can activate Windows XP once you install it on a new hard drive. If you are unable to activate via the internet, then choose the alternative to "activate by phone".  For instructions, please see: How to activate Windows XP by phone
