Emails Missing from Microsoft Dynamics CRM RRS feed

  • We have Microsoft On-Premise 2011 server. We have observed that few days before some of our mails didn't come to CRM although they went from Forward Mailbox.

    Mails were not received for 6 hours in the CRM (from 9pm to 3am) while they were going from the Mailbox as well as forward mailbox. We have all the mails before and after that time duration in the CRM.

    We tried checking in the event viewer as well as trace logs nothing is present.

    If you have any idea on how can we find and fix this issue then please suggest.
