i have windows 8 on my laptop but whenever i pull my app store for netflix it doesnt pull anything up

The Windows Store apps Forums are for developers to discuss writing their own Windows Store apps.

For non-developer questions or problems with running Windows 8 please post in the Windows 8 forums on http://answers.microsoft.com . You can find several discussions about Netflix there.
