Recent problem with Genuine Windows 7 RRS feed

  • I recently reinstalled windows on my Toshiba L455D-S5976 laptop using the system disks and the product key on the bottom of the computer.  All was well until a recent update when the computer started complaining that this copy is not genuine.  I've included the diagnostic report below:

    It seems that you changed the Key to the one on the COA sticker, and then neglected to activate it - the grace period has now expired.
     
    You probably need to use telephone activation.
     
    telephone activation (operator calls)
    Click on the Start button
    in the Search box, type
    SLUI 4
    and hit the Enter key
    follow the instructions, but when asked which service you require by the telephone ansafone, do NOT reply - this should force an operator to respond, who can deal with you
