Migrated 4.5 web application to 4.8 framework but not supporting TLS1.3 RRS feed

    Hi Team,

    I migrated project from 4.5 framework to 4.8 framework and enabled TLS1.3 in chrome browser when i observed logs in wireshark tool i am not getting log coming fromTLS1.3 

    Please suggest how to enabled TLS1.3 here

    Hello,

    Is there a good reason to move to 4.8 ? Otherwise stick with 4.5 Framework or report this as an issue inside of Visual Studio.
