    Does Windows Server 2008 Foundation support Terminal Server? or How many simultaneous Remote Desktops will this support out of the box?

    Yes, Windows server 2008 Foundation support Terminal server and it will support two administrator Remote Desktops

    Please go through below information from Technet.microsoft.com

    Windows Server 2008 R2 Foundation supports a maximum of 50 TS Gateway connections.

    Note:

    In order to access a hosted application, such as Microsoft® Office, you must acquire a Windows Server 2008 Terminal Services client access license (TS CAL) for each user account (not to exceed 15 user accounts) that uses TS Gateway to connect to the server.
