system can't boot ,pop up "windows boot manager" RRS feed

    Dear folks,

        My notebook:lenovo ideapad Y470, can't enter system, pop up:"windows boot manager", status:oxc00000e9, file:\windows\system32\config\system.

        Using a boot U disk or system boot CD, come to PE menu,  can't loading to PE or any repair tools interface including DOS command prompt. How can i do to solve the problem, to repair the system or reinstall the system???
