    When I resolve a case, I have to give a title and short description to say how I resolved the case. But where do I view this detail after I press ok? Where is it stored?

     

    Any help will be appreciated.

    Well I found my own solution to this eventually. It's in the close activities.

    Took a while to find though.

    Programming is like a paint by numbers art piece. Creative to an extend, but everything is logical and has its precise place. Blah, it satisfies my creative need in any case.
