  • Hello Macho_macho_man,

    First, let's look at the snippet of the mgadiag report that pertains to Windows:

    WGA Data-->
    Validation Status: Blocked VLK
    Validation Code: 3
    Online Validation Code: N/A
    Cached Validation Code: N/A
    Windows Product Key: *****-*****-3R89F-D2KXW-VPK3J
    Windows Product Key Hash: Ro/Y7HENE9CfW7lW+QtlNbYQEE8=
    Windows Product ID: 55274-640-8365391-23801
    Windows Product ID Type: 1
    Windows License Type: Volume
    Windows OS version: 5.1.2600.2.00010100.3.0.pro

    As reported, your computer currently has a Volume Licensing (VL) installation of Windows XP Pro, and that installation was done with a now-blocked Volume Licensing Key (VLK).  VL editons of Windows XP are upgrade-only licenses for Windows that are used in business, educational, and governmental agency settings to allow these entities flexibility in the administration of many computers at once.  If the VLK for such an entity is lost, stolen, or compromised, or the VL Agreement that covers use of the VLK expires, then Microsoft will block the VLK and discontinue further use of the key.  VL are not to be sold to individual consumers.

    If your use of this VLK is related to such a business, educational, or governmental entity, please contact your organization's tech support people to get it resolved.

    If your use of this VLK is as a consumer, then your use has been improper and you may have been given this VL installation of XP instead of a full retail or OEM installation.  In such case, please return to the place of purchase and have the seller install the genuine Microsoft software that you paid for.  The messaging that you are being shown by the WGA Notifications utility will provide several options for getting Genuine.

    Here is a snippet of the mgadiag report pertaining to Office:

    OGA Data-->
    Office Status: 108 Invalid VLK
    Microsoft Office Enterprise 2007 - 108 Invalid VLK

    OGA Version: N/A, 0x80070002
    Signed By: N/A, hr = 0x80070002
    Office Diagnostics: 025D1FF3-230-1

    As reported, your computer currently has a Volume Licensing (VL) installation of Office  Enterprise 2007, and that installation was done with an Invalid Volume Licensing Key (VLK).  VL editons of Office Enterprise 2007 are used in business, educational, and governmental agency settings to allow these entities flexibility in the administration of many computers at once.  An Invalid VLK is a Product Key generated by a pirating or "keygen" program---it is not a Genuine Product Key issued by Microsoft.

    If your use of this VLK is related to such a business, educational, or governmental entity, please contact your organization's tech support people to get it resolved.

    If your use of this VLK is as a consumer, then your use has been improper and you may have been given this VL installation of Office Enterprise 2007 instead of a full retail or OEM installation.  In such case, please return to the place of purchase and have the seller install the genuine Microsoft software that you paid for.  The messaging that you are being shown by the OGA Notifications utility will provide several options for getting Genuine.

    Please uninstall both Office and Windows from your computer, as they are nongenuine installations.
