  • I do not recommend that you remove the LiveID and activate once again.

    You can try the following:

    • Check your PC date and time.
    • Check your subscription status by logging in with your subscription LiveID at http://billing.microsoft.com
    • Confirm that this is the same LiveID shown to be the Subscription ID in OneCare - Help/About…
    • Open OneCare and click "Check for Updates" to have OneCare check for updated credentials

If your subscription is correctly shown at the Billing site, but incorrect in OneCare and your PC date and time are correct, please contact support.

  • Run Live ID removal tool.

    Live ID removal Tool :

Once you are done with the Live ID removal, then try to subscribe with your Live ID again.

  • Ok thank you I will try this. I also just realized that the credit card that i used to renew my subscription has been changed. The account is the same but I got a new card from mastercard with a new number, could this have something to do with the problem?? Is it attemting to renew my subscription on a monthly basis?
