I passed MS 70-480 exam on 15.04.2014, got congratulation e-mail from MS with new MS ID. I have old MS ID as I have 4 other MS certificates. I wrote to MCP support about the problem. After asking me my data, they just stop to reply instead of just marge information in one place. I want to get just got certificate. What should I do?

Hi,
Did the support staff provide you with a case number or some other identifying number? I am not sure what specifically you mean by MCP support. You will want to contact the Regional Service Center for your country/region. You may want to send the information to them by email instead of talking with them on the phone. That way you will have a documentation trail. Provide them with all of the information that you can. Scan and send the score report for your 70-480 exam. In addition, send them the name and email addresses associated with both your old and new MC ID number, and send the ID numbers also.
Once you send the information, you should receive a reply email within a day or so. This email will let you know that they are working on your issue. If your issue is not solved in a reasonable period of time after that email (give it a week or so), please send me an email directly or reply to this post. I will help you escalate the issue to get it resolved.
