Hello, I have been scanning other entries and it seems my symptons are a combination of other problems I read about. I have been getting this "Spyware Protect 2009 alert" popups, indicating that I have multiple viruses thriving on my computer. When I run One Care, it states that there is a trojan spypro virus and attempts to clean it, however, within a few minutes, the popups reoccur. This has been occurring over the past few days and is a major incovenience, and I believe also responsible for some recent blue screens. I also have on my computer SuperAntiSpy utility which was recommended by a Window live tech about two years ago. When I run this utility, it notes about 27 virus/adware/spyware and I then quarantine and reboot. Shortly after, they reoccur.
I have submitted several complaints in the One Care support, and am awaiting response, but I thought that with a subscription, that you could also receive live, real time support, either through chat or through phone service?
