windows 7 (RC) and live mesh startup

Question

Pardon if this has been asked before, but why is it that whenever I have to reboot my windows 7 system, Live Mesh pops up with completely blank credentials, which every time I religiously fill out including ticking the boxes about remembering credentials and automatically logging on.
Why does it forget? On my XP machines it remembers.
Yes, I have the latest update; it has been doing this since I installed it several months ago.
Other than that it works perfectly.

I've actually only seen this reported by one other person for Live Mesh. it happens all the time on Live Sync when it is unable to reach the server to login within a timeout period when first starting up after it detects a network connection to the Internet. You may be seeing the same thing with Live Mesh, but I'm not sure. The best thing to do is to submit a bug report with logs per the instructions here:
How to Submit Bugs and Live Mesh Logs
Note that you probably won't get a response to the bug report, though. It will be transferred to the internal system to be assigned to the appropriate development group.

Thanks Steve,
I think I will wait until I do a clean rebuild with the real version (Christmas Holiday Job!!) and then see.

Submitting a bug report with logs would be the best route and then consider reinstalling Live Mesh on that PC.

Thanks, Steve. I submitted the below bug report and the necessary log. Hopefully, this will help resolve this irritation. - Dave
"I'm using Live Mesh on both a Vista and XP computer, and Live Mesh won't automatically Sign-in or remember my Sign-in info when I re-boot the XP computer. I re-enter the info every re-boot and check the 3 boxes for Auto Sign-in, but nothing is remembered. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Live Mesh on the XP computer and have run System File Checker (scannow), but the problem persists."Wednesday, September 30, 2009 7:49 PM
