File Transfer Manager HASH error

Question
-
This may not be the appropriate forum, but I can't figure out where else to go. Can someone point me the correct forum?
I’m having grief getting downloads from the TechNet subscription site.
The downloads almost finish, but when the verification step occurs, the file sizes are OK, but the HASH doesn’t agree with the expected value.
Doesn’t seem to matter what the download is, but I tried the SQL Express and SQL 2008 Standard.
Here’s the message:
File Name:
en_sql_server_2008_r2_express_with_tools_edition_november_ctp_x86_455228.exe
Expected Size: 247936848 bytes
Actual Size: 247936848 bytes
Expected Hash: 8FF95891030DF3C024F41C01AEA21A6D166E471F
Actual Hash: 519074bc563c4366279100eb8fb8166db315add3
Thanks in advance.
