    Hi I know nothing about computers.  I am getting a pop up telling me i need to put in my product key.  I have investigated where this will be and found it on the bottom of my computer, howver the product key is not valid when I have put it in.  I have double checked it and it is the correct one on the bottom of the machine.  Should I be doing something else?  How do I keep the microsoft office working on my computer?
