Entity Icons got Nulled on CRM 4.0

  Hi

  I have an instance of CRM that I deployed some customisations to, the problem is that the entity Icons somehow failed to get saved in the database and now I can't publics to that entity without an error, the error in the trace file is just the old "Object not set to an instance of an object, null reference encountered". I have tried the usual tricks when having problems of trying to set the row in OrganisationUIBase but that hasn't fixed it, I am sort of assuming that the Icon bitmaps are stored somewhere else, but I don't know where.

  Any help would be much appreciated.
