Dynamic crm 2011 with outlook 2007 RRS feed

  • Hi All,

    I m facing a problem while tracking mail in CRM with outlook.

    Outlook experienced a serious problem with the ‘microsoft dynamics crm’ add-in. If you have seen this message multiple times, you should disable this add-in and check to see if an update is available. Do you want to disable this add-in?

    Pls help me......

  • Do you have the mimimum requirements?  I would uninstall, and reinstall the outlook client to see if it helps.

  • Please download the latest version of CRM outlook client from this link, fully un-install CRM outlook client and reinstall it from this link:

    ==How to fully uninstall CRM Outlook client==

    - Removed CRM form the Program and Features.

    - Delete Microsoft Dynamics CRM folder from C:\program files.

    - Deleted MSCRM folder from C:\Users\Your username\AppData\local\Microsoft\MSCRM

    - Performed similar step for C:\Users\Your username\AppData\local\Microsoft\MSCRM and deleted MSCRM folder if it exist.

    - Go to Run, type in regedit and press enter.

    - Click on HKEY_CURRENT_USER>>Software>>Microsoft>>MSCRM. Delete all MSCRM related folder.

    - Click on HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>>Software>>Microsoft>>MSCRM. Delete all MSCRM related folder.

    - Click on HKEY_USER>>Software>>Microsoft>>MSCRM. Delete all MSCRM related folder.

    Then update to the latest Rollup 13 of the Outlook client.
