If  you are not using Windows Live OneCare, you are off topic for this forum. This is not a general forum for viruses, spyware, or Windows Help. For help with spyware issues, you may want to try the forums here:

  • We do have Windows Live OneCare.
It didn't detect this trojan. We have ran several scans, from the quick to the full scans.
Still we have this problem. Thanks for your reply. I'll contact support.

  • Support is the way to go. What is telling you that you have a Trojan on the system if OneCare is not detecting it?
