CRm for Outlook, can't get into CRM Options RRS feed

  • When I try to click on CRM Options in Outlook, it just brings me to the CRM interface in outlook and not the personal options screen for a user to make settings in the email tab. Is there a certain permission I need to assure this option is available on the client's application?
