Internet Explorer not working RRS feed

  • Ever since I downloaded and installed OneCare, Internet Explorer has not worked. When I try to open it, it freezes, and I notice in the Windows Task Manager, more than one iexplore.exe has actually started. Not only has more than one iexplore.exe started, I am unable to end some of the excess processes without restarting my computer. Any help would be great.
