    Hi,

    I purchased this product and am very competent with computers. I have purchased a new Win 8 PC and can find nowhere to re-install this program without purchasing again. No contact email or any answers to similar questions to mine on the frequently asked questions page. VERY DISSAPOINTED!

    If you did not save the download to your download folder when you first purchased and downloaded the software, you can go the Microsoft Research AutoCollage Download site and download the trial version.  Once installed you can select the Options button and the Registration tab to enter the Product Key you received with your order.
