  • Is there a way to stop automatic email tracking in Outlook? When a user sends an email from Outlook and tracks it in CRM. Any reply to the email should not be automatically tracked, but to be decided by user whether to track or not.

    I believe this is possible by going to the CRM Personal Options in Outlook and unticking the highlighted setting.

    I discovered that when a CRM user replies to an email which was already tracked, the new email being composed is automatically tracked to the same regarding. Is there a way to change the behaviour so it is always untracked by default?
