The Microsoft social forum platform doesn't allow attachments, I'm afraid. You can link to a file on another site, or (with a bit of work in the HTML editor) you can show an image inline, though the image file itself will (again) have to be hosted elsewhere.I'm not on the WHS team, I just post a lot. :)
