You can resit the exam however you will need to pay for it again.
There are second shot vouchers available however I'm not sure whether they apply to this exam as the Terms and Conditions for the second shot vouchers state that they are valid for technical exams (this isn't a technical exam, it's a licensing exam).
That said, other areas of the Terms and Conditions state that they can be used for exams prefixed with 070 and 071 which this exam does.
I have sent an email to one of my contacts at Microsoft for clarification however in the mean time, register for a voucher and then try ad use it when you register for your exam
