Internet Explorer 9 does not work RRS feed

    Installed IE 9 today.  It is completely non-functional.  I tried to reinstall it, but the installation manager wont let me install because it says I am using a newer version.  I cannot even get the program to go to a home page.  Not only that, but it seems to be interfacing with all my MS office products and slowing them all down.  I would uninstall the program, but I cant!
