If I install XP home onto my 2nd computer (same installation disc as the 1st computer) and I purchase the "New Genuine Product Key" for $99, will that key activate my 2nd computer?

But if I use the CD that is being sent to me to reinstall, and use the new porduct key, will it be activated? Please say yes or no in your answer
