    Having only high, normal and low hierarchy is somewhat limiting.  At a minimum I would like the ability on my mobile device to order by hierarchy as a secondary sort following date.  What would be really nice is a larger scale say 1 through 5 that could then be used as a secondary sort.  Since this is tied to Outlook I would imagine the first would be easier than the last.  Again Palm OS convert and liked that function in their To Do application.

    Possibly a 3rd party program like PhatNotes might be more in line with what you want to do.

    That is a nice app but I was looking more at the task not at notes.  I was suggesting that their be a secondary sort available for the task list so that you could sort by date then hierarchy.  Even if it was in the bounds of the current importance codes of High/Normal/Low that are available it would allow me to prioritize the items that I have selected for today so that the ones that don't get done are my lowest priority.
