How to disable automatic Appointment invitations in CRM 2013 server side sync RRS feed

    Hi,

    We are synchronizing Appointments via Server Side Synchrozation from CRM 2013 On Premise to Outlook. I found that CRM sends automatically invitations for Appointments that are created in CRM and synchronized to Outlook calender. We don't want to send invitations automatically. How can I prevent it?

    hi,

    appointments are synchronized into outlook based on your customers outlook filter settings. Please look for outlook filter in the following article.

    FYI - Xrmtoolbox gives you an option to change the filter for all your users.
