In MS CRM - Voice of Customer Module, Response routing is not working

  • Response routing in MS CRM online is not working. Is it a Bug? Did anyone faced this issue before? if yes, please do let us know if you found any resolution for this issue.

  • It should be working.  Maybe you have not created something correctly.  Follow these steps

    If something is not working, you can open a ticket with Microsoft support or tell us exactly what is not working and we will try to assist.
