Why won't my Windows Live One Care get rid of a program called Avast? I have been trying for months to get rid of it. When I select get rid of programs that interfere it still does not remove it. What can I do?

Avast is an antivirus program that One Care may be unable to remove. Go to Start>Control Panel>Add/remove programs, find Avast and select uninstall.
