    Has anyone been able to create learning plans for a group of individuals within a company and track them?

    We are looking to track multiple plans with some sort of centralized tool.

    Any ideas????

    Hi,
    Microsoft does provide a tool to help organizations track training for groups of individuals.  Here is the link:  http://www.microsoftlearningplans.com/SignIn.aspx

    I saw a demonstration of this and was pretty impressed with what I saw but I have not used this tool myself.  The tool was originally created for Microsoft partners but I believe that any group can use it.  You will need a Windows Live ID (hotmail, MSN account, etc.) to sign in.
