Good day,
Could some please provide some advice on the best way to become excel certified. I have been using excel 2003 for the past 5 years.
Looking for training materialsl, books I could order, practice exams and the official exam I should write.
Any help would be appreciated,

As Brain said, Office certifications are now for 2007 but if you insist, you still can take Excel 2003 exams to be certified.
Following two exams are available for Excel 2003, which will give you Microsoft Office Specialist Exam.
MOS: Excel 2003
MOS: Excel 2003 Expert
