I had about one free month left on windows Live OneCare and I uninstalled it because I was going to put something else on my computer. I couldn't get that to work so I am trying to install Live OneCare again and it is saying that it will not install. Not really sure what is going on.

Try the One Care install cleanup tool - http://social.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/onecareinstallandactivate/thread/399071e2-49dc-4767-932d-d261e3965943 before reinstalling One Care. You should also check the vendor website of the other antivirus software you installed for an uninstall tool. If installation fails again please post the error message here or contact support.
